Hi there, I am Jamie, owner of OC body solutions Pilates and Endermologie studio, nestled in the heart of San Juan Capistrano. I am a BASI certified instructor with 22 years of extensive experience.
That means I’ve had my hands on a whole lot of bodies! I have had the pleasure of working with clients of all ages, 16 to 88. Many with various limitations and injuries. I’ve worked with post surgery clients, pre and post natal and athletes as well.
I take great pride in my work, and my clients needs are always top priority. As your instructor, my commitment is to provide safe and effective instruction tailored to your individual needs. I strive to make sure that each client leaves my studio, feeling better than when they arrived, physically, and mentally.
